Lauren Bays- Senior Assistant Trainer

Lauren is a USDF Bronze and Silver Medalist whose experience spans competitive dressage, eventing, young horse development, program management, and coaching riders through the levels. She has trained and competed in Austin, Chicago, and Wellington and has worked alongside respected professionals including Jami Kment, Rebecca Rigdon, Ryan Yap, Mary Wanless, and Heather Blitz.

After founding and operating a 40-horse lesson and training program in South Austin, Lauren shifted her focus fully to dressage. In recent years, she has helped multiple clients earn their USDF Bronze and Silver Medals while continuing to pursue her own upper-level goals, including qualifying Intermediate scores toward her USDF Gold Medal.

Lauren brings a thoughtful approach rooted in classical dressage, biomechanics, and the development of confident, educated horse-and-rider partnerships.
